Dr. Amanda Goodson
President, Director, and Chair of Never the Same. Amazon Best Selling Book Author Dr. Amanda H. Goodson’s contagious energy, engaging style that comes from an amazing background of years of experience in developing strategies, leading people, and coaching teams, is contagious. She is the founder of Bold Millionaire Women + Men Academy in Tucson, AZ, where her professional team provides support to generate financial health strategies for individuals and families. A native of Decatur, Alabama, starting as an aerospace engineer at NASA, Amanda progressed and became Director, Safety & Mission Assurance (S&MA) at MSFC. As Director of S&MA, she participated in over 35 successful launches. She is also a consultant for nonprofit, community organizations, and agencies on strategy, business development, and customer engagement. Amanda was Chair of the Advancing Minorities' Interest in Engineering Board of Directors. Amanda is also a Six Sigma Expert, certified trainer, DISC facilitator, and coach. She has been a keynote speaker and workshop facilitator for organizations globally, including NASA, Pearson, The City of Tucson, Department of Defense contractors, Government Agencies, Nonprofit Organizations, and academia. She is also a published author of over 30 books and workbooks. Goodson has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, a Master of Science degree in Management, and a Doctorate in Leadership Administration.
Je're Harmon
Je’re Harmon, a professional wellness coach. Best Selling author, Je’re currently resides in Tucson, Arizona, where she is a woman who loves to laugh, is full of energy, and has a genuinely great attitude. When people meet her, they are drawn instantly to her. He is employed as a Personnel Clearance Data Analyst and Logistics Lead. As the Vice President of Operations for AGG, LLC, Je’re continues to incorporate her love for technology, planning, and facilitating to enable longstanding partnerships with nonprofits, business, industry, and educational organizations. Je’re loves to help families in the community. Je’re is a licensed Notay and will achieve her Loan Signing Agent certificate September 2025. Further, Je’re aspires to help others develop through media arts and vision casting. In her spare time, Je’re loves to help families with small children in the community, travel and spend time with her family and friends. She helps develop strategies for interviewing to achieve career/job assistance goals setting.
Kim Dudley, MHRM
Kim Dudley is a certified Human Resources professional with over 20 years of executive-level HR leadership experience, including her tenure as an HR Director. She brings a wealth of expertise across diverse industries and organizational settings. Kim holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, multiple HR-related certifications, a Six Sigma Black Belt, and a Corporate Trainer certification. Her professional passions include project management, process improvement, team leadership, and talent development. Outside of her professional endeavors, Kim is the founder and CEO of Soles For Souls Organization (solesforsoulsorg.org), a Tucson-based nonprofit dedicated to providing new shoes and socks to individuals in need. The organization’s mission is to promote health, instill hope, and support sustainable opportunities through the simple yet impactful gift of footwear.
Dr. Arthur Tigney
Dr. Arthur W. Tigney, Jr. is a Licensed Professional Counselor, certified consultant, and empowerment coach with over 30 years of nonprofit, professional, and corporate experience. He received his Doctorate of Education degree in organizational leadership from Grand Canyon University and holds two master’s degrees from Oral Roberts University. Arthur served his country for 34 years as an enlisted member and officer in the United States Air Force and Air Force Reserve. He held several positions, including Mission Support Flight Commander, Executive Officer, Continuous Process Improvement Officer, and Group Chaplain. He supports community organizations to enable success of the needy, trauma affected, and lower income families.
Angela Preston
Believing that “success begins with a passion, a dream, a plan, a system, and a made-up mind,” Angela C. Preston desires to help and motivate individuals and families in securing their financial future. She is the Owner/President of Diamond Elite Loan Signing Institute, a company dedicated to developing notaries into becoming Loan Signing Agents and strategically helping individuals build a wealth management system that serves all walks of life through capital management and infinite banking concepts. Angela studied at Regis University in Denver, Colorado, graduating summa cum laude with a bachelor of science degree in finance. She is also a certified financial health coach and credit counselor with the National Association of Credit Counselors. Angela enjoys coaching, mentoring, teaching, counseling, and motivating others.
Marvin Carolina, Jr.
Marvin has spent his life working towards one main goal: to help others and make a difference in this world. He is a motivator, certified trainer, coach, speaker, and change-maker who concentrates on areas such as diversity, inclusion, and self-perseverance. Through his years of experience in multiple industries and fields, Marvin has curated the material he needs to share powerful and meaningful stories with others to spark change. Marvin has been a part of various organizations, such as the Better Business Bureau, where he was an integral part in growing their sales and memberships, and JE Dunn Construction, where he was a significant contributor to creating their national award-winning DEI program. As a certified trainer and coach, he now finds himself providing coaching, education, and workshops to those looking to become more than they could imagine.
Rukiya Higgins
Rukiya currently resides in Tucson, AZ. A business profession and professional coach, She is a native of Detroit, Michigan, book author, Rukiya values the role community support and mentoring has on young adults seeking to achieve more than just average and mediocre success. Odetta Scott
Odetta Scott begins every day with a passion for living through God’s given purpose for betterment of self and others. An author, advisor, mentor, and lecturer, she has fueled the development of individuals at all levels as well as driven transformational culture to exceed professional and business expectations. Odetta has worked in Operations, Engineering, Program Management and Six Sigma for major aerospace and defense businesses. In her current position as a senior leader at a Fortune 40 aerospace company, she is responsible for developing and implementing strategy for non-product supplier performance excellence. Odetta has served as a board member of the Young Men’s Christina Association (YCMA) and Advancing Minorities Interest in Engineering is a Science, Technology, and Mathematics (STEM) ambassador and a member of the Society of Women Engineers (SWE). With 22 years of professional coaching experience and various leadership roles of increased responsibility, she leads by example as a lightning rod for all.
